Our Return Policy

We want you to feel completely confident buying from Orvao. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

Unused Items

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. To start a return, email us at tooheyds1@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your Orvao arrives damaged or isn't working correctly, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email and process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
